SHIPPING POLICY

Local delivery is available Wed- Sat. It isn't possible to select an exact delivery time, but we will message the day before your delivery to give you a delivery slot. Same day delivery is available if ordered before 11am. 

Check your product details to see if the fresh flowers are delivered in water, if not someone must be present at the address to accept the delivery. If in water, or a dried product and no one is home we will try and leave them in a safe location, but can not be held responsible for what happens to them after that. 

 

Collection is available for free from our flower farm in Moelfre, Abergele Wed - Sat. We will send you our full address, along with your collection time slot the day before your collection date.

Some products are able to be posted across the Uk (check the individual product description). These are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipping.

RETURN POLICY

We don't accept returns on fresh or dried flowers. Flowers are a perishable product, but we guarantee at least 1 weeks vase life on your fresh bouquet if cared for appropriately, and dried flowers will last years though can fade over time. If you do have any issues with your flowers, please email the details and a picture to freshinbloomflorist@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay for your order with debit or credit card through the check out page on this website. Alternatively phone us on 07507 370494 where we can take your order over the phone and send you a payment link to your smart phone to pay.

If your collecting you can pay cash or card on collection, but only if you have ordered over the phone.
